Our Approach to ABA
Role of the Local Community
Bright Minds Consulting utilizes both one-to-one and small group settings to the learning process of a child and young adult. One-to-one refers to breaking down of an individual’s abilities into smaller teachable skills. While small group settings allow an individual to practice those skills in a more natural environment.
This ABA method allows a child to develop on a certain skill and put these newly learned skills in a small group community. Examples of community-based learning locations maybe a bowling alley, supermarket, or other local community locations that may facilitate pro-social peer interactions.
